Abhilash serves as ANSR’s Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for accelerating the company’s growth by building best-in-class financial systems and processes that drive operational excellence, profitability, and business efficiency. He oversees the accounting, business support, financial planning, treasury, tax, legal and investor relations functions at ANSR. Since joining ANSR in 2016, Abhilash has played a critical role in establishing and operating several ANSR GCCs and serves on the Boards of various ANSR subsidiaries and GCC entities.
Prior to ANSR, Abhilash was with Target Corporation, India, America Online (AOL), and Wipro. He has over 20 years’ experience in corporate finance, including financial reporting, vendor management, sourcing and procurement, compliance, and taxation.
Abhilash received his Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from Sri Satya Sai Institute of Higher Learning.
Managing Director
Aashish is the Managing Director of ANSR’s Workspace business, overseeing strategy, leasing, project design and operations to provide customized Workspace-as-a-Service solution. At ANSR, he and his team focus on providing an immersive and experiential built environment to clients as a competitive advantage in achieving their business objectives.
Prior to joining ANSR, Aashish held several leadership positions at Colliers, Control Risks, and Cushman & Wakefield, among others. Over the last 17 years, he has developed real estate strategies and solutions for corporate occupiers across India and Asia Pacific.
Aashish holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Sikkim Manipal University and graduate degrees in Law and Commerce from the University of Mumbai. He is also a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Narayana Babu is a Vice President at ANSR, responsible for Real Estate & Workspace delivery. He has over 25 years’ experience as workspace delivery leader and is passionate about delivering world-class, sustainable workspace solutions for corporates.
Prior to ANSR, Narayana held leadership roles at Turner Project Management and Infosys Limited.
He has bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Kuvempu University, Karnataka, India.
Ravi is part of the corporate development and strategy team at ANSR. Across his 7 plus years’ experience, Ravi has extensive experience in working with CXOs in establishing product-driven operating models, developing pricing structures and creating strategic roadmaps with the execution plans.
At ANSR, he leads multiple strategic growth initiatives, manages investor relations, supports business development activities and has delivered on key customer engagements for developing the GCC business case and establishing the centres in India.
Prior to ANSR, Ravi has worked in management consulting with Accenture Strategy and in investment banking with Synergy Advisory across India, Middle East & Europe.
He has a bachelor’s degree in technology from IIT Bombay and an MBA from IIM Calcutta. He is also a certified Financial Risk Manager.
