The Solution
End-to-end GCC setup support
From sourcing, hiring and engaging the best talent and setting up customized workspaces with integrated IT, to providing compliance, governance and operational support and building integrated technology platforms, the ANSR team provided a single point, end-to-end setup. AAP’s turnkey GCC in Hyderabad, India was inaugurated on 6th January, 2020.
As of December 2023, the AAP GCC boasts an expansive 65,000 square feet, accommodating a workforce specializing in IT and engineering, finance, pricing and accounting, as well as marketing and merchandising.
A robust employer brand
Hiring for an extremely wide range of roles (from data analysts and IT architects, to chartered accountants and pricing analysts) in such a short time was no mean feat. The ANSR team successfully crafted an employer brand that positioned AAP as an employer of choice, aligning seamlessly with the company culture and headquarters’ values.
Consequently, the AAP GCC achieved the remarkable milestone of onboarding its initial 100 employees in less than a year, amid the challenges of the peak pandemic in December 2020. Subsequently, it exhibited substantial growth, expanding threefold to 300 employees by December 2021. As of 2023, the India GCC proudly houses 570 tech, finance, and marketing professionals recruited from esteemed companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, IBM, and Deloitte.
