Our Solution

Setting up a state-of-the art GCC

Offering a single point solution that encompassed everything from talent sourcing and customized workspace and IT setup, to comprehensive compliance, governance, and operational support, we set up AB InBev’s India GCC in Bengaluru.

As of today, AB InBev’s India GCC manages the Finance, HR, and Commercial Operations for several AB InBev zones. The Global Analytics Center functions as a centralized analytics entity for the organization, while the tech entity works towards building connections with AB InBev’s ecosystem through superior digital products and value creation by harnessing the power of personalized data and artificial intelligence.

Multi-channel sourcing & AI powered screening

Access to our Global Talent Network of 1.6 million pre-screened professionals enabled us to target ideal candidate profiles, thus shortening the initial sourcing time drastically. Our team partnered with multiple third party talent vendors to source best-fit profiles for non-technical roles.

Our proprietary AI fitment engine analyzed the selected candidates across 100s of parameters, using in-depth assessments to measure skill-set, relevant education, subject matter expertise and communication and collaboration skills, delivering an accuracy of 90% in the initial screening.
