- BOT is an extension of the client team – Different location, same culture
- The BOT team reports to the client and works under the directions of client managers . Client has complete control over employees and IP
- BOT staff performance evaluation is as per client standards and benchmarks
- ANSR provides customized infrastructure, talent acquisition and operations support services to run the BOT
- Transfer BOT legal entity to client
- With this single-event transfer of ownership of BOT to the client, there is no impact on employees
